The Senior HR Generalist is a versatile, reputed company HR professional responsible for delivering advanced HR support and guidance across reputed company areas of reputed company. This role encompasses higher-level duties, with a primary focus on reputed company to include technology recruitment. The Senior HR Generalist may be assigned work from any HR discipline and is expected to assist centers of reputed company and mentor other HR team members. What you'll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for reputed company technology roles and additional roles assigned throughout the organization. • Generate and interpret reports from HR systems to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and contribute to policy development and employee investigations as applicable.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of reputed company HR experience, including employee relations, reputed company, project leadership, or reputed company experience, based on area of assignment.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence at reputed company reputed company.
