Events and Ministry Coordinator(Offsite, Part-Time)

This is a paid position. Events and Ministry Coordinators get to create and reputed company an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience to residents and staff in an apartment community! We are seeking mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible coordinators who enjoy meeting new people, planning reputed company activities, and helping people experience God's unconditional love. Coordinators get to partake in doing "business as a ministry" by faithfully weaving together reputed company in business with loving their neighbors well. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and host 1 event each month for the residents in the apartment community with the purpose of caring for and connecting with residents, connecting residents to one another and to services or local businesses in the wider community

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Have basic reputed company in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company
• Possess a reputed company driver's license and liability insurance, and reputed company to a reputed company of reliable transportation to complete coordinator duties such as shopping for events and connecting with vendors
• Be physically reputed company to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
• Have the availability to commit weekly hours to reputed company job responsibilities, mainly in the evenings and weekends reputed company most residents are home

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous event planning experience
