Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with a reputed company of issues, from expediting orders to correcting post-sales problems. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications
