Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Wichita, KS, for an Insurance Producer at reputed company. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships with clients. You will assess customer needs, reputed company tailored insurance plans, and guide clients through the selection of appropriate insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies. You will also reputed company clients on coverage options, handle policy renewals, and reputed company support for claims as needed.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of diverse insurance products
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and the ability to assist in selecting suitable plans
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives
- Prior experience or certification in the insurance industry is a plus
- State insurance license is required or willingness to obtain one
