Onsite Property Manager
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Onsite Property Manager for a mobile home park in Hutchinson, KS. This position includes a mobile home provided onsite as part of the compensation package. This is a great opportunity for an individual or couple who takes pride in improving and maintaining a community. The park is currently in transition and needs strong leadership to help reputed company to a higher standard. Position Overview This is a salaried position ideal for a motivated individual or couple comfortable handling both administrative duties and light maintenance. A couple is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who: Takes initiative Is not afraid of hard work Can enforce rules consistently Wants to help improve the overall appearance and operation of the park Responsibilities Rent collection and recordkeeping Leasing vacant lots and/or homes Routine inspections Light maintenance and minor repairs Coordinating vendors and contractors Rule enforcement Helping improve overall cleanliness and curb appeal Qualifications Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Organized and self-motivated Basic computer skills Comfortable with hands-on property reputed company Property management or maintenance experience preferred Background reputed company required Compensation Salary (based on experience) Mobile home provided onsite Potential performance bonuses tied to park improvements
