Follows CDC guidelines for sterile technique and isolation, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations. • EKG (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements) [Preferred] Minimum 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in PICU, NICU, Pediatric ED, or Pediatric Hem/Onc. [Preferred] Specialized vascular reputed company experience, including: Peripheral IV insertion in neonates through adolescents Use of ultrasound guidance for vascular reputed company Experience with central line care, dressing changes, and troubleshooting PICC placement experience (adult, pediatric or neonatal) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills in high-reputed company or procedural environments.
