We are looking for a patent litigator with excellent judgment and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle the day-to-day reputed company of patent cases. You will be a self-starter who can quickly learn reputed company's patent litigation docket and practices, identify, and manage risks and exposures, and find strategic opportunities for resolution. Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of major reputed company and/or in-house patent litigation experience
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technology interest and aptitude.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Preference given to candidates who have broad patent litigation experience, especially standard essential patent litigation and/or experience with the ITC.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
