Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, adhering to client and company policies
- Troubleshooting technical and customer service questions, leveraging your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communicating with end-users reputed company various channels, including web-based tools, telephone calls, email, text, and chat technologies
