As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with our software, becoming a product expert and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be providing top-tier support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, troubleshooting and solving general technical issues reputed company to the arenaflex platform, and reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams.
