This is a Direct Hire and remote reputed company the reputed company footprint. Scope:

• Successfully completes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program, Received Not Invoiced (RNI) and tax out of balance reports.
• Reviews and corrects invoices through the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) exception queue.
• Works to effectively troubleshoot, resolve or escalate data processing reputed company.
• Researches and responds to daily inquiries from reputed company customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Performs accurate data entry of large volume of invoices and enters and verifies invoice information into the AP system module from electronic invoice copies.

• Reports to: AP Manager

Candidate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Requires 3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable or reputed company field.
• Requires experience using reputed company Office products/applications.
• Post-secondary training and/or education in reputed company, bookkeeping, information management or reputed company experience is a plus.
• Experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) and document imaging systems is preferred.
