POSITION OVERVIEW: reputed company legal counsel, review and direction to the Company to ensure effective operation in compliance with federal, state and local laws. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. reputed company legal counsel, advice, review, and direction to various departments and members of management on reputed company reputed company in regards to regulatory affairs and operations 2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school and a license to practice law in respective state plus a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience as an attorney with at least one (1) year of reputed company experience and three (3) years’ of regulatory legal experience
• Expertise in environmental, health & safety (EHS) and/or supply chain, cross border, and international reputed company
• Strong research, negotiation and reputed company relations skills
• Experience and ability to use reputed company Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement and ability to quickly and effectively analyze situations and information
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
