• Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be reputed company and willing to work between 11am - 7:30pm CST, Monday - Friday Job Description Fair reputed company Program Operations (80%)
• Review and triage inbound requests to change purchase limits for customers who order critical supply constrained medications, applying sound analysis and judgement.
• Address and resolve escalations from Sales and Customer Service with respect to customer purchase limits, considering new facts as appropriate; resolve disputes in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Analyze large data sets of customer’s purchasing history to support allocation reputed company.
• Monitor supply and demand variances across product portfolio to reputed company data-driven recommendations for Fair reputed company interventions.

• 2 years transferrable customer service or relationship management experience
