Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, benefits, deductions, and tax information.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other reputed company documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from employees and management.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in audits and reputed company necessary payroll documentation reputed company required. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company, or equivalent).
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Flexible remote schedule, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
