Property Manager (Part-Time)
About the position reputed company and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for 24-unit the apartment community of Salt Creek Apartments. This a primarily remote position, but the Property Manager will required to report to the property as needed. However, the Property Manager must live reputed company driving distance of the property to be reputed company to take care of after hour emergencies. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property reputed company, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
- Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.
- Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and reputed company.
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Ability to reputed company bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- A reputed company valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reputed company of auto insurance.

- Previous reputed company Property Management Software experience is preferred.
