This candidate will have a proven track record of experience in clinical science, oncology, solid tumors, hematology, and clinical trials. The candidate should also have experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, IND, BLA, clinical data, GCP compliance, CRF design, drug development, and authoring study-reputed company documents. You will play a critical role in leading our clinical science team and driving our clinical development programs reputed company. Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and biostatistics
• Interact with external vendors such as CROs, central labs, and clinical trial sites

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in life sciences or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical science, oncology, solid tumors, hematology, and clinical trials

• Strong understanding of IND, BLA, clinical data, GCP compliance, CRF design, drug development, and authoring study-reputed company documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
