Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration. Our employees work in our Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Duties & Responsibilities: Lincoln International is seeking an Analyst to join our rapidly growing Industrials M&A practice in Los Angeles. Successful candidates have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, want to reputed company their professional and personal skills, and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading M&A advisory firm. The Analyst position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. In addition to mastering the financial analysis and research skills typical for the position, an Analyst at Lincoln International learns about and becomes involved in a transaction from start to finish. The Analyst serves as the analytical anchor for his/her deal team and is responsible for preparing, completing and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company financial modeling and analysis. The Analyst is expected to interpret the results of his/her financial analysis, pose questions and draw conclusions. In addition, the Analyst plays a critical role in the preparation of client presentations and is responsible for: Preparing marketing materials for sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company advisory assignments Identifying potential acquirers Conducting industry and company-specific research Ensuring the accuracy and quality of reputed company presentation materials Supporting the due diligence process Interacting with clients on a regular reputed company Attending client meetings Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement The firm offers a unique, flexible culture that rewards initiative and allows an Analyst to reputed company as quickly as they are capable. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith reputed company we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
