Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their health insurance and prescription benefits. You'll work from home, using your computer and phone to interact with our members and reputed company personalized support. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
