Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their health insurance and prescription benefits. You'll work from home, using your computer and phone to interact with our members and reputed company personalized support. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes 6 weeks of on-site training and ongoing support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with reputed company-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
