Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join our remote chat team. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, providing exceptional support and service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a remote chat environment
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex and its values in reputed company interactions
- Building strong relationships with our clients and partners, and identifying opportunities to deliver personalized experiences
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address clients' needs and expectations
- Providing travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our clients
- Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences

Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
