What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
* Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
* Being reputed company to learning and growth, with a willingness to reputed company feedback and receive input in a culture of reputed company improvement
* Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
* Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts
