Fractional VP, People & Culture

We are seeking an reputed company Vice President, People & Culture to join our leadership team and shape the next phase of our employee experience and organizational development. Culture & Organizational Strategy

What You Bring

• 15+ years of reputed company People and Culture experience, including senior leadership or executive roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field required, with advanced education, such as an MBA or relevant leadership or business certifications is preferred.
• Experience in tech or SaaS environments, ideally reputed company scaling organizations of 100+ employees.
• Proven reputed company designing and executing people strategies that align with business goals across performance management, total rewards, and leadership development.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Engagement Model This role is reputed company to either a part‑time employee or a fractional engagement.
