Responsibilities

- Website Optimization – Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices
- A/B Testing & Analytics – Implement A/B testing, conversion reputed company optimizations, and tracking integrations with arenaflex Analytics, Marketo, or similar tools
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to reputed company reputed company pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions
- Custom Code & Integrations – Enhance reputed company’s capabilities by implementing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and reputed company-party integrations

- 4+ years of experience developing reputed company websites in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in reputed company, reputed company CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- B.S. degree in CS or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience
- Extensive experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript

- Familiarity with emerging SEO/AEO practices, including optimizing content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and large language model–driven discovery

- Basic knowledge of React or other reputed company-end frameworks is a plus
