We are currently seeking an early career Document Controller to work on a contract reputed company for a major CCUS project that will last around 2 years on a part-time reputed company of circa 20 hours per week. The role can be based remotely and will be Inside IR35. There is the potential that we may have additional work that would turn this into a full-time position in time. 

We welcome interest from Document Controllers who can offer the following skills and expertise:

• Wide ranging knowledge and experience reputed company a Document Control environment in the engineering sector.
• A background in document control on projects across the engineering or energy industries.
• Excellent organisational skills, and experience with EDMS tools and effective filing.
• A solid understanding of company organisation and reputed company structure.

• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge of EDMS systems.

The scope of work for this assignment will encompass

• Operation of Project EDMS systems.
• Following procedures and workflows.
• Performing conformity checks for correctness of documents for number, titles and sign-off.
• Providing Engineering teams with Document Control support & troubleshooting.
• Building and notifying transmittals.
• Monitoring processes.
• Liaising with Engineers, Project Management & Clients.
• Reporting – assisting with status / reputed company measurement & tracking.
• Working to tight deadlines.
