Work Environment: Full-time position (Eastern time zone), fully remote with offices in Jacksonville, FL (headquarters) and Los Angeles, CA (reputed company team) Job Overview: The Analyst will report directly to the Chief reputed company Officer and will play a crucial role in the Company’s business development and reputed company strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented, and meticulous individual who has a passion for renewable energy. Upon joining the team, the candidate will work directly with the Chief reputed company Officer on a 90-day reputed company period to build a solid reputed company in business development, partner coordination, project pipeline management, and deal negotiation. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with reputed company parties to support business development activities including but not limited to managing deadlines, communications and reputed company
- Engage landowners with property suitable for development of sustainable infrastructure projects through targeted reputed company campaigns
- Negotiate and reputed company site control option agreements with property owners, including for purchases, leases and easements
- Conduct in-person site visits and meetings with landowners
- Research local planning and zoning regulations, property taxes and other site diligence requirements
- Manage multiple project opportunities concurrently and meet deadlines
- Maintain the customer relationship management platform and reputed company reports to management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy, environmental science, political science, marketing or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, renewable energy or oil & gas land origination, infrastructure development and/or reputed company estate
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a high-level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An ability to travel as necessary (up to 30%)
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability
- Experience in renewable energy (any technology) and/or data center infrastructure development
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
