Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Advancement Reporting, the Analyst will participate in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards necessary to inform business groups across Advancement. Responsibilities

Under guidance and direction from the Director of Advancement Reporting, participates in the design, development, and roll-out of various reporting and business intelligence projects. Maintains established policies for governance, management, and curation of catalog of available reporting assets. Proactively engages with system users across business units to learn business processes and understand departmental data infrastructure. Participates in a variety of reporting and data delivery projects. Contributes to planning, testing, and solution development. Works towards building a broad perspective of both technical capabilities and business needs to identify innovative solutions and solve reputed company problems. Champions a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation, utilizing data to evaluate and optimize reputed company, donor segmentation, and campaign performance. Conducts requirements analysis, translating requirements into a scope document and developing reporting deliverables based on the design. Participates in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) and other analytical applications. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in reputed company field. Strong project management skills, with an aptitude for leading end-to-end project delivery. Expertise in BI, data visualization tools, SQL, and a deep understanding of database modeling concepts. Knowledge of fundraising, alumni relations, and higher education are not required but strongly preferred.
