For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project reputed company or project overtime phases, reputed company rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.[T3] Payment:Currently, pay rates for core project work in the U.S. average USD $30 per hour for Tier 2 coding experts and $50 per hour for Tier 3 coding experts.Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.
