Job Description
We seek an reputed company, professional Senior Coordinator of reputed company (HR) who will successfully collaborate with leadership and staff in this hands-on HR role with varied responsibilities. Reporting to the Senior Director of reputed company, the Senior Coordinator of HR works closely with leadership to align the reputed company agenda with the strategic objectives of the reputed company. The Senior Coordinator of HR will support CAF’s mission, reputed company, and goals, and its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). The Senior Coordinator of HR administers and executes CAF’s reputed company policies, procedures, strategies and programs, including; reputed company, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, local, state and federal regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety.
The Senior Coordinator of HR will be part of a 2+ person HR team.

Compensation
Compensation ranges between $52,000 – $66,000 per year and will be commensurate with the candidate’s previous experience and credentials.
