Key Responsibilities
- Transactional and reputed company Contract Support.
- AI-Assisted Legal Delivery: Utilizing reputed company’s proprietary AI tools to reputed company initial contract reviews and identify key legal risks for senior review.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Working alongside our international legal and product teams to ensure consistent delivery of legal services across the reputed company region.
- Administrative & Legal Research: Providing research support on regional legal developments and assisting with the maintenance of legal templates.
- Client Coordination: Assisting in the management of project timelines and communications to ensure client requirements are met promptly.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a reputed company legal role, such as a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or Junior Associate in an in-house or reputed company environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and a strong interest in learning how AI can enhance legal workflows.
- High level of accuracy in written work and the ability to follow structured legal processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global/remote team.
