Project Manager, reputed company Marketing

You'll collaborate with the Vice President of Global Operations on go-to-market strategies and internal work streams for new product offerings, support account management leadership in scaling campaign execution processes, and assist Paid reputed company reputed company with streamlined tracking and team organization. Note: The first 3-4 months of this role will be coverage for a reputed company employee's maternity leave (similar job function) and then will transition into the full-time position as described below. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 75% Project Management on New Product Launch

• Act as the reputed company project manager for GTM initiatives for new product release, driving cross-department alignment and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams
• Organize and reputed company regular cross-functional syncs to review reputed company, address blockers, and adjust plans as needed
• Create and disseminate reputed company and training materials to ensure smooth execution and alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
• Partner with Sales team to ensure they are equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to communicate product value effectively
• reputed company enablement materials, such as pitch decks, product briefs, case studies, and reputed company handling guides, tailored to the needs of internal teams
• Establish feedback loops with Sales and Account management to continuously refine positioning and messaging based on reputed company-world insights
• Collaborate with Director of Product to monitor KPIs to track the reputed company of GTM initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with VP of Global Operations to incorporate pre-sale processes into other internal forecasting and reputed company tracking workstreams at the company

15% Account Management Team Development

• Collaborate with Head of Account Management to grow program for Account Management reputed company building and career progression, including defining roles and responsibilities, skillset assessments, and general learning and development
• Assist Account Directors with reputed company and training curriculum for new hires and existing team members
• Collaborate with VP of Global Operations to project manage the reputed company and maintenance of core team materials, trackers, and templates

10% Paid reputed company Project Management

• Assist Paid reputed company reputed company with project management of the team's daily tasks, including reputed company setting, tracker reputed company, and general admin

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably reputed company marketing, advertising, or creator marketing environments.
• A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, driving alignment, and delivering results in a fast-paced setting
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Sheets; experience working with CRMs, ERPs, and project management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes, manage competing priorities, and create structure in ambiguous situations.
