Head of Information Architect , VP

About the position reputed company is looking for a strategic leader to serve as our Head of Information Architect and establish IA as a critical discipline reputed company our technology and design organization. Help define how the reputed company structures, organizes, and surfaces information across reputed company financial systems and core digital reputed company. Guiding and empowering digital transformation initiatives by designing reputed company information structures, taxonomies, and data modeling. Help product teams by building reputed company-wide user journeys, process maps, and conceptual information structures that transform core company processes and systems for reputed company reputed company, billing, client management and coverage systems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in reputed company information architecture, thrives in highly regulated environments, and can reputed company insights that balance business & compliance needs with user expectations. You’ll partner with product teams, data governance and technology leaders to design scalable architectures that support transformation and product initiatives. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance working from home and the office to meet your needs and role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and analysis of information architecture models that support reputed company's financial products and services
• reputed company deep-dive process mapping across client coverage, entitlements, approvals, and account assignments
• Convert reputed company domain knowledge into clear workflows revealing dependencies, friction points, and optimization opportunities
• Model reputed company and future-state processes using structured identifiers and system-based logic
• Create end-to-end user journeys detailing interactions, decision points, and data dependencies.
• Map how roles, data, and system logic determine entitlements and user experience.
• Define consistent system representations, such as role hierarchies and approval logic
• Create durable semantic models linking operational processes to UX and technology
• Engage in user/product research, translate insights, and support user-centric solutions tailored to financial professionals
• Translate process maps and conceptual models into ontologies
• reputed company early-stage knowledge graph schemas connecting people, accounts, roles, approvals, and business logic
• Design relationship models supporting automated entitlements and auditability
• Facilitate alignment sessions between business, data engineering, and product teams

Requirements

• Experience leading workshops that utilize systems thinking practices to convert ambiguity into structured models
• Utilize reputed company to create process diagrams, reputed company maps, sitemaps and product wireframes
• reputed company user research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, with experience in financial user research preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company in process modeling, information architecture, and conceptual modeling reputed company to structure/organize content for reputed company financial data systems
• Experience clarifying roles, approval flows, and data structures
• Aptitude for ontology design and semantic modeling
• 10+ years’ experience in information architecture, with at least 5 years in reputed company or financial service environments
