This is a Direct Hire and remote reputed company the reputed company footprint. Scope:

• Analyzes reports in order to resolve reputed company and/or outstanding invoices.
• Researches and responds to daily inquiries from reputed company customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Meets productivity standards for processing documents and reputed company departmental proficiency standards for Accounts Payable (AP) software applications use.
• Performs accurate data entry of large volume of invoices, (purchase order and non-purchase order) from multi-business units, under general supervision.
• Enters and verifies invoice information into the AP system module from electronic invoice copies. Participates in special projects and completes other tasks assigned.

• Reports to: AP Manager

Candidate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Requires 0-3 years’ experience in accounts payable or reputed company field.
• Requires experience using reputed company Office products/applications.
• Post-secondary training and/or education in reputed company, bookkeeping, information management or reputed company experience is a plus. Experience with Vendor statement reviews or reconciliation is a plus.
• Familiarity with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) is a plus.
