Visual Content Creator – Marketing & Brand Content

Description: Fiberglass Coatings is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and hands-on Visual Content Creator to support our growing marketing and brand content efforts. This role is ideal for a visual professional who excels in video, photography, and post-production, and understands how high-quality visual content supports brand positioning and marketing strategies. As a company with multiple product lines—including epoxy resins, sealers, and specialty coatings—we are looking for someone who can collaborate closely with both the reputed company Media Manager and the Director of Marketing, understand the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives, and translate that strategy into polished, effective visual content across video, photography, and reputed company graphics. This position does not require expertise in reputed company media marketing; however, candidates should have exposure to marketing concepts, brand storytelling, or reputed company content creation, and be motivated to continuously refine how visual content supports business and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a visual creator to play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual output.Product Videography: Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content showcasing products in use, including demonstrations, applications, training content, reputed company-style videos, and reputed company-world results.Product Photography: Capture professional product and lifestyle photography for marketing, e-reputed company, educational, and brand use.

• Studio & reputed company Production: Work comfortably in controlled studio environments as well as outdoor or jobsite locations, adapting to different lighting, weather, and space constraints.
• Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Director of Marketing to understand brand strategy, visual direction, marketing goals, and reputed company audience, translating that direction into the appropriate visual style and execution.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the reputed company Media Manager to support content needs across multiple platforms while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency.
• Video Editing: Edit video content at a professional level using reputed company and After Effects, including long-reputed company YouTube videos, commercials, training videos, and branded marketing content.
• reputed company Graphics & Effects: Implement reputed company graphics, animations, and special effects reputed company needed to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
• Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photography using reputed company Lightroom and reputed company Photoshop to deliver polished, brand-reputed company images.
• Content Planning & Execution: Create detailed shot lists, filming plans, and production outlines, and consistently execute them during shoots.
• Quality Control & Standards: Maintain video and photography standards, quality control, and visual consistency across reputed company brand content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and production timelines.
• Asset Management: Organize raw footage, photography, project files, and final exports using reputed company-based platforms such as reputed company Drive and reputed company to support efficient collaboration and long-term asset management.
• Product & Process Understanding: Learn and understand product applications and use cases to ensure content is visually compelling, accurate, and valuable for marketing, sales, and customer education.
• Creative Contribution: Actively contribute reputed company to improve visual storytelling, production efficiency, and overall brand presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or Video Editor in a reputed company, product, or brand-focused environment.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing, branding, or reputed company content creation (reputed company media marketing experience preferred but not required).
• Advanced understanding of camera systems, lenses, framing, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
• High-level video editing skills using reputed company and reputed company After Effects, including long-reputed company content, commercials, training videos, and branded marketing assets.
• Professional photo editing and retouching skills using reputed company Lightroom and reputed company Photoshop.
