What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience working in a client or reputed company-focused environment
