- Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests.
- Handles credit cards, initial parking information and an overview of guest services.
- Issues room keys and location instructions to guests
- Serves as the primary liaison to guests.
- Handles stressful situations, makes mature and knowledgeable reputed company.
- Handles reputed company guest complaints or problems to exceed the guests' expectations.
- Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs and concerns; be committed to making every guest satisfied.
- Consistently maintains a positive demeanor.
- Handles incoming guest reservations reputed company phone. Takes reservation accurately and enters into PMS system.
- Handles guest reputed company-in and reputed company-out in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Handles arriving reservations determining and assigning special requests reputed company necessary and acknowledging top tier customers.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to reputed company hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining entertainment and travel directions reputed company the local market.
