Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their queries, resolving their issues, and providing them with the best possible experience. You will also be responsible for overseeing the reputed company optimization for technicians, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved

Requirements
