As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and operational assistance to internal team members. Under the direction of the Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including responding to client and reputed company inquiries, issuing certificates of insurance, and preparing and distributing required documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client and reputed company inquiries reputed company phone or email, addressing concerns or redirecting as needed

• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and assist clients with policy audits or disputes
• reputed company timely correspondence to carriers, brokers, and agents regarding policies and client requests
• Handle phone coverage and manage email correspondence across sales, support, and certificates
• Prepare and distribute required documents, including quotes, invoices, affidavits, and policy-reputed company forms
• Maintain accurate data records in the management system, adhering to processes and naming conventions

Requirements and Qualifications

* High School Diploma

• Active Property & Casualty License
• 2+ years of Independent Insurance Agency experience in CSR or administrative support, with data entry experience

• Familiar with agency management systems and tools (ie: AMS 360 (preferred), Applied Epic, Hawksoft) and phone systems
