Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Employer Solutions Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and reputed company, ensuring successful reputed company and resolutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow established guidelines and quality programs to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of patient concerns
  • Utilize DE and reputed company applicable systems to procure needed program details and communicate accurate information to patients
  • Maintain call talk times while applying reputed company file facts and following required call scripts
  • Process incoming Level 1 documents and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Meet or exceed quality performance standards and processing goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company patient issues and ensure seamless communication

Work Conditions and Physical Demands

* Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment with occasional extended hours based on special business needs

  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with patients and reputed company
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
  • Requires reputed company dexterity to use computer, telephone, and double monitors

Minimum Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to function between two departments and handle incoming calls with ease

Additional Skills and Qualifications

* IDEAL Candidate has 6 months to 1 year of call center experience with a strong focus on customer service ($16/hr)

  • reputed company to candidates with strong customer service (retail/restaurant) experience with good tenure and interest in getting into call center ($15/hr)

Pay and Benefits

* The pay reputed company for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
