Job Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - General Call Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to reputed company customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance.

- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 6 months of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a medical equipment or reputed company setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Attention to detail, with strong data entry skills.
- Proficiency with computers, with strong typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Physical Demands:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll spend most of your time sitting, talking, and hearing, with frequent typing and occasional standing and walking.
