Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met. This is a part-time remote opportunity, and you will be required to work 8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information reputed company methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortenings (SIG codes).

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Capabilities

• Essential web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Preferred Capabilities

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.

• No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy expert with a license/enrollment by state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer support to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
