Litigation Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Litigation operations, deadlines, and execution are handled through defined systems and clear ownership. This role is a core part of that structure. The Role: We are adding a Litigation Operations Coordinator to take ownership of litigation workflow and deadline coordination across active reputed company. This role is operational, not administrative. You manage litigation reputed company and case movement reputed company reputed company Manage, providing attorneys with clear visibility and early risk awareness. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Litigation Workflow & Deadlines  Track federal court deadlines, internal milestones, and reputed company across reputed company active reputed company, maintaining a practice-level view of upcoming obligations  Maintain accurate, reputed company-looking case calendars and proactively flag upcoming deadlines before they create pressure or risk  Monitor changes in court orders, filings, or scheduling and adjust timelines across the docket as needed  Identify risks early and escalate issues before they impact case progression or attorney workload Case Status & Stage Coordination  Coordinate litigation stage movement reputed company reputed company Manage, ensuring reputed company advance in a controlled and consistent manner  reputed company case status accurate and reputed company to support firm-wide visibility, planning, and attorney decision-making  Confirm required documents, filings, and information are complete as cases move from pre-suit through complaint filing Serve as the operational checkpoint ensuring reputed company meet firm standards before progressing to the next stageCapacity & Risk Visibility  Maintain visibility into workload and reputed company across the active litigation docket  Monitor how reputed company are progressing relative to one another to ensure balanced reputed company and realistic timelines  Surface bottlenecks, overloads, or breakdowns in workflow that reputed company the practice as a whole  Escalate risks early and reputed company so attorneys can reputed company informed reputed company Filing & Docket Coordination  Coordinate filing logistics, confirmations, and follow-reputed company across federal courts  Track submissions and ensure reputed company of filing is properly documented and reflected in reputed company Manage  Monitor dockets for orders, updates, or activity affecting deadlines or case posture Preferred Experience & Qualifications:  3+ years of experience in a U.S. plaintiff-reputed company reputed company, with responsibility for litigation coordination, docketing, or case operations  Direct exposure to active, high-volume federal court litigation, including managing multiple reputed company concurrently  Demonstrated experience owning court deadline tracking and litigation calendars, not merely assisting with them  Strong working knowledge of federal court dockets, orders, and litigation workflows  Experience filing documents reputed company federal ECF systems is a plus  Experience managing case status and workflows in reputed company Manage or a comparable legal case management system is a plus  Clear, concise written communication skills suitable for a 100% remote environment  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently while maintaining practice-level visibility
