Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly Responsibilities: Our pleadings have to be precise, persuasive, and grounded in the record. You will:

• Draft and revise pleadings, declarations, motions, and supporting documents under the attorney's direction
• Analyze transcripts, discovery, court records, and exhibits to extract facts and build timelines
• Transform raw notes, outlines, and attorney direction into polished, court-reputed company drafts
• Proofread and tighten arguments for reputed company, logic, tone, and formatting
• Ensure filings reputed company with court rules, citation standards, and internal formatting requirements
• Organize and curate record sets so attorneys can argue from clean, reliable materials

You will not be responsible for client strategy, legal advice, or courtroom appearances. Qualifications: We care far more about how you think than what your last job title was. You might come from:

• A nonprofit or advocacy background
• Academia, research, or investigative work
• Litigation support, paralegal, or legal researcher roles
• Journalism, policy, or document-heavy analysis roles
