About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients' users have a seamless experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to our clients' users.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, reputed company messages, and user tickets in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our clients' users feel valued and supported.
  • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure, ensuring that issues are resolved reputed company and effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
