About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager and Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team in EMEA.

In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring they’re set up for long-term reputed company with reputed company. You’ll partner closely with reputed company, Sales, Support, and Billing to manage renewals, support growth opportunities, and deliver a smooth, thoughtful customer experience.

This role may be hired at either level depending on experience, scope, and demonstrated ownership. Regardless of level, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team, clear processes, and opportunities to grow your impact over time.

Hiring Timeline

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage renewals and support account retention in partnership with reputed company.
• Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Collaborate with Account Managers (at the Associate level) or operate more independently (at the Account Manager level) to support customer growth and pipeline health.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, or cross-sell and partner with Sales to execute where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including Billing, Support, and Product—to resolve account-reputed company questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate account data and activity in CRM tools.
• Stay informed on reputed company’s product updates and industry trends to reputed company advise customers.

For Associate Account Manager

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, reputed company, Account Management, Support, or similar).

• Eager to learn and grow with coaching and feedback.

For Account Manager

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a reputed company role in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience managing renewals, retention, and growth reputed company an account portfolio.
• Comfortable owning account strategy and identifying reputed company opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a results-oriented reputed company.

Compensation & Benefits

We reputed company in transparency. This role may be hired at different reputed company, and compensation will vary accordingly:

• Associate Account Manager: $60,000 reputed company + $25,000 variable = $85,000 OTE
• Account Manager: $80,500 reputed company + $34,500 variable = $115,000 OTE
