Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Operating our customer service database and following relevant call-handling instructions to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Following up on customer calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, with a focus on quality, teamwork, service, adaptability, reputed company, and ownership

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company
  • Competencies:

+ Reliable internet reputed company and attendance + Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette + Basic computer navigation skills + Quick and correct typing, with the ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors + Positive attitude and a passion for learning + Goal-oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results + Ability to uphold reputed company values: Quality, Teamwork, Service, Adaptability, reputed company, and Ownership

  • Skills/Knowledge:

+ Previous call center experience preferred + Previous customer service experience + Utilities customer service experience preferred + Medical office setting customer service experience preferred

Position Details:

* Full-Time remote position

  • REMOTE (ONLY for candidates who live 50 miles or more reputed company the reputed company area. Accepting applications from the following states: Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada)
  • Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, reputed company (reputed company Meets) - Central Time
  • Pay: $13.50 - $16.50/hr
  • Training Details:

+ The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take reputed company on the weekends + Remote training will be done ONLINE - Central Time + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday or reputed company

  • Work Schedule & Requirements:

+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager + 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 7AM to 10PM - Central Time + It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 reputed company + Weekends are mandatory + reputed company of adequate internet speed, a room free of background noise, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy & maintaining KPI scores high is required
