Job Summary:

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the reputed company process for new strategic customers, providing technical support, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and building strong relationships with customers. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to help improve the product and the customer experience.

* 6+ Years in a technical role with minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience (Solutions engineer/architect, Sr. Support Engineer, etc.)
