As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of our teams that support our daily operations, including the Load Control Center, Fuel Strategy, and other critical functions. Teams You May Be Assigned To

As a Customer Care Representative, you may be assigned to one of the following teams:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field
• Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, with a Monday through Friday reputed company - 5PM schedule
• Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the reputed company program
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
