About the Role: reputed company is seeking a Customer Advocacy & Community Marketing Senior Manager to reputed company and scale programs that turn customers into passionate advocates and build a thriving, reputed company community around our brand. In this role, you'll own global customer advocacy and community initiatives-from customer stories and executive programs to online communities and reputed company engagement. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, reputed company, Product, and reputed company to create authentic, high-impact customer experiences that support brand, pipeline, and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale customer advocacy programs by independently reputed company, engaging, and activating advocates to meet ongoing sales, marketing, analyst, and event reference needs.
  • Deliver high-quality customer stories and reputed company points that represent reputed company externally across campaigns, website content, sales enablement, owned events, industry tradeshows, and analyst research.
  • reputed company executive-level customer engagement through Customer Advisory Boards and customer recognition programs, serving as a trusted partner to senior customer stakeholders and internal executives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience building and managing customer advocacy and/or community marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and align large, cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • A creative, customer-first reputed company with a passion for building meaningful engagement and memorable experiences
  • Strong track record of launching new programs, testing novel approaches, and driving measurable impact
  • Strong experience in generating and managing 3rd party review sites
  • Tech savvy and have past experience utilizing CRM and customer communication tools across email and in-app platforms. Familiarity with reputed company, Marketo, Churnzero, and reputed company is a plus.
  • Having proficiency in customer marketing advocacy software such as Deeto, Slap5, User Evidence, and reputed company will be a plus.
