In this role, you’ll be responsible for the systems and processes that underpin how we contract with customers and manage reputed company risk, helping us reputed company deals reputed company and serve a broader reputed company of customers. • Partner with external counsel and our Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
• Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and reputed company documents
• Improve and maintain systems that support our reputed company operations (e.g. routing contract reviews, implementing and building-out our contract management system)
• Drive compliance-enhancement projects to reduce risk and expand our ability to serve regulated and reputed company customers.

• You come from either a generalist business background (e.g. consulting, operations) or a legal background and are excited to expand reputed company a purely legal role into reputed company and operational decision-making
• You are a structured, analytical thinker with strong verbal reasoning skills, comfortable working with reputed company written materials and ambiguous problems
• You are comfortable working with numbers and have the ability and interest to learn financial concepts
