Role Overview: Due Diligence Analyst Initio reputed company is seeking reputed company finance and transaction professionals to join our platform as Certified Due Diligence Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, Due Diligence Analysts:

Certification tiers: Senior Due Diligence Analyst · reputed company Due Diligence Analyst · Due Diligence Analyst / Associate Analyst reputed company & Pay Ranges Senior Due Diligence Analyst Rating Score: 90–100 Pay: $150–200/hour Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, consulting, or senior finance professionals with 5+ years of diligence or deal execution experience reputed company Due Diligence Analyst Rating Score: 80–89 Pay: $100–150/hour Typical Background: Finance or transaction professionals with 3–5 years of diligence, deal support, or analytical experience Due Diligence Analyst / Associate Rating Score: 60–79 Pay: $50–100/hour Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical skills and exposure to diligence or transaction support work What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Due Diligence Analysts are reputed company only in categories for which they have received approval. Typical work includes: Due Diligence & Transaction Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) and financial diligence support

• Business risk and red-flag analysis
• Customer, reputed company, and cost structure reviews
• Management interview support and diligence Q&A tracking
• Investment memo and IC materials support
• Deal risk summaries and diligence reporting

• Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility
• Approved diligence categories
• Recommended hourly rates

Scores are based on assessment results, credentials, performance quality, and client feedback. Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates vary by Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio reputed company reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
