Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem resolution in both iOS and Android operating systems. You'll also install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods. Responsibilities

* reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve reputed company technical issues in both iOS and Android operating systems, using diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse mobile device makes and models.
  • Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods.
  • reputed company Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, industry developments, and arenaflex's standard operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.

  • OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
