About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Customs Trade Coordinator to join reputed company in a remote data entry role. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing impeccable client care, processing shipments, and ensuring compliance with reputed company international importing and exporting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company accurate and timely processing of shipments for customs clearance from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Enter and process various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle reputed company PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with reputed company record-keeping requirements
- reputed company with reputed company international importing and exporting regulations
- Work closely with other internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver an elevated level of service to clients
- Process organization financier shipments
- May handle distant filings
- Ensure reputed company service and organizational strategies are followed

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- HS Certificate or GED required
- No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
- Data entry/computer experience required
- Required skills include MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills

- Ability to handle high volumes of work
